SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, Clear River Art Studio only ships in the United States. Shipping is free for orders $25 or more. Your items are shipped Priority Mail. Items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days.
RETURN POLICY
Any claims against packages or merchandise must be made within 72 hours of customers receiving their order. Any returns must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. For all standard returns such as the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason is subject to a restock fee of 20% and is responsible for return shipping fees. Custom orders are not returnable unless damage has occurred. Please contact us to solve any issues prior to returning the product. If you return the product due to damage to the product we will send you a return label and refund you in full or send a replacement after the item has been returned to Clear River Art Studio. Please take pictures of the damages, including the box and the damaged product and email to clearriverartstudio@gmail.com. All returns must be authorized by Clear River Art Studio. All orders are fully insured. We do our best to package each item carefully, however damage can occur during shipping. Please contact us immediately with a description of any damage. Please include a photo of the box and the damaged product. This will ensure the process to determine if repair or replacement is needed.
