About Us
Clear River Art Studio is a family owned and operated stained glass art studio located in the beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. This company is based on enjoying art in a variety of ways. From stained glass, mosaic art, concrete planters, plants, children's art and more, all our products are original and custom made. Alongside our online shop, we have a storefront with locally made custom art. We offer stained glass classes, children's art classes, and open studio hours. We also offer private events, such as birthday parties, bachelorette parties, private lessons, team building, and more. We strive to meet your needs. Any product that you find on our website is available to make in a class. If you have an idea of something you would like to learn to make, please contact us. We love to produce new products and strive to be creative.

Mission
At Clear River Art Studio we are constantly developing new ideas for projects in our studio. Our focus in the studio is to create art to display and sell as well as teach participants how to make stained glass. We have a variety of project ideas ranging from a single basic class that you will complete in 1 session, to more complex classes that may take 2 to 3 sessions. We also offer open studio hours for those who want to work independently. Overall, we aim to provide a fun and positive space for creativity to grow!

Vision
Our goal at Clear River Art Studio is to create an inviting and fun atmosphere where people feel comfortable and enjoy creating art. Maybe you don’t have the space or equipment to create stained glass; this is the place for you. One of the challenges is to have the proper space and safety precautions to create stained glass and we offer that. We invite you to stop by anytime during the open hours of the studio.
About the Instructor
My name is Sheila and I am the owner of Clear River Art Studio. My passion for stained glass started in the early 90’s when I took a stained glass class in high school. Over the next 30 years I dabbled in stained glass. I first started creating stained glass at my kitchen table in our little 700 square foot house. At the same time my husband played guitar in the chicken coop! Now, years later we are opening our art studio in the hopes of expanding our creativity and knowledge of the craft. My husband no longer plays guitar in the chicken coop 😊
My daughter Kylee is a huge part of our success. She takes care of the business aspects from the website design, accounting, and keeps the wheels on the bus. We are a good team and equally have given our all to create this space. You may see my son Alex at times in the studio, that is if he is not playing with RC cars, mountain biking, dirt bike riding or gaming. You might also see our dog Gibson. He is a Mini Aussie who is very nervous around people so having him here is a work in progress. :)
We opened Clear River Art Studio in 2022. We graduated from the kitchen table to the garage. During this time of building the business I began to dream of opening my own studio to expand in ways such as more space to work, having a store front, meeting people in our community, and most of all teaching this wonderful craft to others that have the desire to learn stained glass. We have now landed on a great opportunity to do all these things. We are very excited to open and are so looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us.
